Danielle is a vastly experienced portrait photographer who creates styled fine art portraits with a vintage feel. These bespoke portrait sessions are tailored to create something unique to you, and are inspired by old masters paintings and the 1920's and 30's eras. Fine art portraits take more time to execute than a regular portrait session. This genre of photography includes a lot of post processing work depending on the complexity of the image. Every image Danielle works on is a custom edit. These images are intended for wall art or as a family heirloom piece.You will be guided in posing and wardrobe selection to create an original, creative portrait. Before your shoot you will have a consultation to plan your session and discuss ideas, maybe you have an epic dress, costume or prop you want to incorporate into your fine art portrait? Access to the studio wardrobe, fabrics and headdresses are also available to you for your session. Photography sessions can take place in our studio or on location depending on the creative brief and can include hair and makeup. After the shoot your images will be professionally edited, retouched and ready for you to decide how big you wish them to be printed. In some cases elements are also composited into the image to create surreal worlds.
